Received prompt service for the reason for my visit. This was a first visit and use of this business. I used both the Parts and Service (repair) departments and had a positive experience at both. Second visit (30 April 2026) for a MOPAR lift kit installation and am satisfied with the results so far. I waited on my vehicle. Price quoted was what I was charged. Low traffic (business) is also a plus.
Man what a change….. I went to this store about eight months ago when it was under different ownership they had a limited amount of cars to pick from and only a few people there to help out and those guys were not very helpful. I drove by the dealership two days ago, and I saw it was completely full with new vehicles on both on the Dodge and jeep side. I also noticed it’s under new ownership so I decided to stop in. What a difference the cars wete beautiful…. These guys have really cleaned up the building. The inside is very welcoming and the staff 100% different.. I felt very comfortable when I walked in. I’m in the process of deciding which vehicle I’m gonna buy from this Dodge store.
Took my 2025 Gladiator for service and decided to add the Auxiliary switches. Bruno was very helpful in explaining was going to happen with my vehicle. He also followed up with phone calls until the service was completed. So far, satisfied with their customer service. Update as of 01/10/2026: Each time I go for service, get multiple calls for a survey or rating, which is very annoying. Hope Fernandez Honda stop that practice, although the service is good.
