I came back to this place after 12 years, to install another hand control and my experience again was great. John was really responsive via emails and phone calls when I inquired for product price, features, etc...; helped me choose the right hand control for me, make the order and set up the installation. Ray did a great installation job and even took me out for a test drive which was enjoyable. Nicole was fast in doing the paperwork and payment. Everyone I met there was so helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommended for your mobility needs.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Bought a van this week from Van Products. Could not have been more pleased with my experience. From the time you walk in the door everyone does everything to help fulfill your needs. Worked more with Chad than anyone else. He's so knowledgeable about all the vehicles in stock. I've bought many vehicles over the past and it always seemed a long drawn out process, not at Van Products. Very smooth process and all your needs are anticipated.
