Was having an issue with my 2007 f350, called to get it in around 3 in afternoon, told me to bring in next morning at 8, called me later that day around 3 with diagnosis, I agreed to the repair work, took a couple days to get part in, and fixed the same day the part got there. The bill was exactly what the estimate was told to me and very happy with my experience there. Thanks to the guys for a timely repair and staying on budget.
Candie Conley at Briggs Auto in Fort Scott, KS is the woman you want to call if your in search for a vehicle. My honest review: I honestly have always dreaded vehicle shopping. But there comes a time when you have to, and when you have to, you want to have someone who You can trust. Someone that isn't pushy, that listens, that has true character and integrity. These are just a few of many qualities that sales women Candie Conley has that makes her incredibe to work with. I didn't have time to waste and Candie Conley made the process for me so smooth. She worked with me, was patient and kind and I'm telling you she got me an a vehicle that I completely love! Briggs gave me an awesome trade-in value for my other vehicle. I have had my vehicle for a week now and had some questions about how to operate the audio system, I messaged Candie she told me to come right over and she helped me figure it out. She just has a great sincere presence about her And I truly appreciate the service I received at Briggs Auto in Fort Scott and would refer anyone looking for a new ride to check them out, but I absolutely recommend Candie Conley who's office is on the North side by the Toyota department. Their service department is great! Adam and the whole team have gone above and beyond to help me out with a car that wasn’t even purchased there. They have gotten me into a loaner car when needed and very fast. At the time I had just had surgery on a broken foot and Adam and the office ladies even helped me move over the car seats because I couldn’t carry them. Adam has always advocated for my vehicle to be repaired under the warranty and succeeded in getting the repairs done at no cost to me. He is very friendly and easy to work with and always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and the repairs.
