Writing this, I have concluded that I am not a good reviewer. I normally don’t do reviews. In fact, I don’t recommend reading the rest of this post. I’m not able to put into correct words the fantastic experience I had at SVG Eaton. Just put the phone down and go there. You won’t be disappointed. I have been to many dealerships, purchased many cars in my 50 years of life. Joseph Neisch, Nate Koeller and everyone at SVG Eaton are some of the best that I have experienced. Here is my story: I live out of state from the dealership. I found my vehicle on their website and sent a message. I expected to maybe get a call back in a day or two. That didn’t happen. Joseph reached out that same day, quickly after I sent the message. We planned for me to come to the dealership several days later. In that time, I had expected (from prior experiences) to be harassed until I went over. That didn’t happen. In fact, I sent another request before I went over for them to give me a quote. Again, from prior experiences, I expected the quote to be vastly different from what was advertised online. I also expected hourly phone calls and several strong/long sales pitches to get me to commit to the quote. That didn’t happen. Joseph did contact me, but it was a little before our appointment to make sure I knew how to get to the dealership and to help any way he could. When I got there, my vehicle was in front of the dealership waiting for me. I looked it over and took it for a drive. While driving, Joseph explained the vehicle, options, and hidden features. He proved he was a knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once we returned, I expected the typical pressure sales routines. That didn’t happen. Joseph looked at me and said “what do you think about it?” Now normally, this is where the cat and mouse games begin. “Oh, I’m not sure”; “What will get you over the hump?”; etc…..That didn’t happen. We sat down and quickly struck a good deal that we both benefited from. No haggling, no feelings of being taken advantage of, no curveballs or blind corners. Just straight, factual information, presented in writing. Easy to see, easy to understand. Now that the purchase was done, I was told there were a few vehicles ahead of mine to be detailed and it was going to take some time to get mine prepared. I mentioned we would go up the road to the local shops and food establishments but we needed to be back in our home state before too long. Since I traded in my car, which happened to be really sentimental to me and my son (visibly upset), we didn’t have a way to go up the road. Joseph and Nate said, “Hey, I see how much this car meant to you and your family, why don’t you take one more ride in it up the road for food.” So, we went up the road and in less than an hour Joseph called to say my new vehicle was ready. I asked, how so fast? He said that he understood my urgency and went out and helped detail the vehicle to speed it along. Those small gestures solidified for me that I was indeed working with truly genuine professionals. Since the purchase day, Joseph, Nate, and SVG have all reached out to make sure everything was good and I was happy with my new vehicle. Again, true professionals. If you read this far, well done, and thank you. I hope it has provided you with an insight. I am sure there are other reviews who have more eloquently described their experience. But the key takeaway here is, I will not hesitate, nor should you, to use SVG Eaton if you are in the market for a vehicle. Even if you’re just feeling it out, I would recommend giving them a call. They will take it personally to help you.
