I have purposefully driven the same vehicle for more than 20 years because didn't want to go through a dealer. But after months of searching, i found the perfect truck online, took a deep breath and called this dealership. Simply put, they took away all of my preconceived ideas and charted a new course of understanding for me. Buying a car from a distance was daunting. But with a small deposit I got on an airplane from Wyoming and took the plunge. They sent a driver to pick me up and drove the 90 minutes to the dealer. There Aaron met with me, explaining the truck and answered all my questions. The vehicle needed new tires and I was assured their 12 month warranty would cover that. And it did. Not once from a distance, on the phone, via text, in an email, or in person did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I was treated with the utmost respect. Kudos to the entire staff but especially to Aaron in Sales, Brandon the sales manager and Jake in the business section for their professionalism as well.

A delight to buy from! Noah is sales was great to work with. Follow up from managers after purchase was spot on, took time, and actually appreciated the business. Worked with me on trade ins and coordinating delivery. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Ford to shop with this dealer. I will most definitely be buying my next truck with them.
