2027 Chrysler Pacifica Select

I have been to half a dozen Dodge dealerships and this is my favorite one so far. Great service dept, especially Jody. The lot is clean and presentable. The service dept looks top notch and the turn around time for my oil change was faster than they quoted me. Could not be happier so far. Also the Hellcat on the showroom floor is worth checking out just to drool over. Lol

Without the competent guidance and knowledge of Stuart Brownlee, our sales associate, we would not have purchased our beautiful Ram 3500 truck. We ordered the truck by phone, text and email, and Stuart always made us comfortable by providing succinct information about the truck itself, the trim features, the optional features and the pricing for all. Cannot recommend him highly enough. From our first phone call in early February 2024 to our pickup of the vehicle in late March 2024, Stuart always made himself available to answer questions, research options, and to clarify any misunderstanding we had about what we were buying and what we were paying. We hate it when people guess, and Stuart does not guess. No pressure, only guidance. We had looked at trucks at two dealerships in Tucson, but "came home" to SLO to purchase from Cole. Truly grateful we did. Highly recommend Cole, and especially Stuart Brownlee.

I love coming here to get my car serviced for anything -- oil change, tire rotation, recalls, car wash, etc. The service is always top notch, friendly, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful waiting area that is large, spacious, comfortable, and has great amenities. They have a children play room (to keep kids entertained), an office (for people who need to work in peace, lots of comfortable seating, magazines, high speed wifi that is very fast and reliable, complimentary Starbucks coffee/tea/hot chocolate, vending machines, and clean restrooms. There are beautiful plants indoor that make the space feel more light and natural -- they even have REAL OLIVE TREES INDOOR. There is lots of modern art to look at, including outdoor art sculptures. They make waiting very comfortable and relaxing for customers. I cannot say enough nice things about this place!
