I’ve been very hesitant about purchasing a new car from previous bad experiences. I’ve been looking and actively searching for the right deal, right dealership, right chemistry and the right price! After building my credit for months I decided it was time. I went to 2 dealerships before going to my first mind, Jeep. After plan A didn’t work out Patrick ASSURED me he will call me back with a deal and I will have my car just have faith in him. Two days later and I’m in a BRAND NEW 2024 JEEP CHEROKEE L!!! Patrick was nice, attentiveness, knowledgeable. The energy and customer service was TOP TIER! Also, during our initial exchange we found out we share the same hometown, DETROIT! Yes, it’s a D thing and the D NOT for Dallas ????! Long story short, thank you Patrick you truly live up to every review, every plaque, trophy, and accolade displayed. My rate isn’t what I hoped it’ll be but that’s on my behalf not Patrick. So if your concern is payment be sure your credit score and report is TIER 1 for the best deal. Nonetheless, Patrick WILL make it happen.
