Last night I went to purchase a new Ram Limited 4x4. I was greeted by Carl Johnson, who was one of the most genuine and kind car sales associates I've ever met. My experience with him was so laid back and enjoyable. He has a gentle disposition and was very attentive to my desires and needs. From there, I worked with Derek in finance and he was so chill and took lots of time to explain the entire deal and all the options for warranties. I thought they closed at 9pm and not once did anyone tell me that they actually closed at 7pm. I was never rushed or felt uncomfortable.
