Great service & sales! They stand behind their products & services! Comfortable wait areas, even have a vending area if you need a snack while you wait. I went in with what I thought was an urgent need, and they had it fixed & me out of there in less than 15 minutes - on a Saturday morning! Great guys/gals & if you're thinking of purchasing a Chrysler product, check them out! Don't let in-town road construction detour you; it is still easily accessible from main streets.

The staff is friendly from sales to service. This is one of the few dealerships that actually tries to work with the customer to make them happy. I can't say enough good things about Acra. Service dept went way above and beyond expectations! While traveling from Cincinnati to New Castle, our 2016 minivan broke down. Out of warranty due to mileage, they fixed it and didn't charge me a cent! Will definitely be back to visit when time comes to trade!
