I have been a customer here for almost a decade now. I just drove away in my 4th leased Jeep and I will keep coming back to Galeana because of the outstanding customer service. I was on a very tight schedule and the sale representative, CONNIE, was able to accommodate me in such an exceptional manner. I am so thankful that she was able to make this such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Her personality was extremely caring and she even made sure we were well hydrated which was so thoughtful. CONNIE took wonderful care of me and even made sure I set up my UConnect before I left. The finance representative, ANGEL, was also exceptional. He educated me on the importance of certain vehicle packages and explained everything in a manner that was very relatable and easy to understand. He was very professional and extremely efficient as well. My entire experience was incredible, the staff warm and welcoming, and I am a very happy customer.
