Let me describe my buying process, unfortunately my vehicle was totaled during halftime on super bowl Sunday. The following Friday I schedule an appointment to look at a vehicle. Woke up late, still drove out to the facility, and they steered me towards a young man named Cole. Cole at no point in time try to pressure me into purchasing any thing extra, he always gave everything that he offered as an option. I came there knowing exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it was a vehicle that they had just taken in so it was going to take some time to get it prepared. That was the easy part for me. They went above and beyond to make sure that not only did the parts get replaced, but the transition went smooth and effortlessly. I wasn't up charged, given pointless things to look over, it was right to the meat of what needed and didn't need to be on the vehicle. Even as the deadline drew near, for the vehicle to be finished, they made sure that they got it prepared for me. At no point in time did I have any inclination that I was being taken advantage of, hoodwinked, or bamboozled. There was no sleazy under tone to anything pertaining to my acquisition of the vehicle that I now possess. Great experience! The man that greeted me as soon as I walked in the dealership was very nice and helpful. Brian S. was my Salesman. He was patient, professional, a good communicator, not pushy and a pleasure to work with. Mary Beth confirmed the finances, answered my questions and was very helpful. All the people that answer the phone at the dealership were pleasant and polite. Basically everyone I dealt with were wonderful people.
