2019 Ram had some glitch and went into limp mode and also needed inspection. The cost was too much, but I was dealing with Bob in Service and he was amazing! He was kind and polite and professional. He helped and made recommendations. In the end everything worked out. All issues were fixed, inspection was done. I will go back only because of Bob in service.
