My wife's family and I have been doing business with this dealer for close to 30 years, we used a former salesman that left the dealership and started using another phenomenal salesman. I went in Saturday to talk with him but he wasn't available that day so i worked with another salesman, I was looking to spend a certain amount but things just weren't lining up, they tried there best but things weren't working out. I did end up purchasing the vehicle Monday with a higher monthly payment but still within reason. I don't know if it's a company thing or ownership or just this dealership trying to hit there monthly numbers but i feel like there loyal customers shouldn't be treated like a number.
