We just recently purchased a PreOwned 2021 Grand Cherokee L. Enrique Toledo was our sales person. It was a quick done deal, although the deal wasn’t made the first day, he was able to help us meet somewhere at price point and we came back to purchase the vehicle. Would definitely recommend if you are wanting a quick deal. The vehicle itself was taken in service the next day. We had concerns in some noises when it’s been running for quite a while and in idle. I honestly feel that RiverOaks should have looked into that matter and even noticed it prior to putting the vehicle for sale.

Enrique truly is a life saver! From helping us through the application process to trade-in assistance all the way to car wash and handing off keys, he was there and ready to help us in any way he could. He helped make a stressful situation end on a good note and allowed us to get back on the road. I would 100% recommend him if you ever need a new vehicle.

Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for a vehicle. I’ve purchased 2 jeeps from Helfman in the past few years and I can’t thank them enough for always making sure we are taken care of.
