Drew in the service department went above and beyond to help us out! We were passing through the area on an extended trip and tried to get an ongoing issue with our RAM 3500 taken care of. Unfortunately, as we were only in the area for a week, this dealership wasn’t able to get the needed replacement part in that short amount of time. However, Drew spent a lot of time and energy arranging to get the part delivered to another dealership along our route so that we could get it taken care of before our warranty ran out. I always want to give a shout out when I have a good experience with customer service. Drew was great to work with. He took a difficult situation, and did everything in his power to help us out. We happen to live 5 hours away, but Drew was helpful, professional, and followed up with us at every step as promised. He kept us informed, and went out of his way to be an Eagle. We have all dealt with ducks before, but he was the exception. Thanks again Drew!
