Jadon Harris was amazing to work with. My son and I both bought bronco sports from him. Baker in Coopersville is a great dealership, would definitely recommend them.

I took my husband’s truck in for an oil change… we just moved to a new area for us and the most difficult part was the construction along the way. I drove up, door opened and a gal came out to assist me. They have the best coffee! I had no idea the coffee was a big thing there until I tried to make a cup and the machine needed some assistance (emptied). We figured it out and as I waiting on the truck I also enjoyed a HOT cup of delicious coffee! Friendly staff and just what I needed!

I purchased my 2023 Timberline Explorer from Betten Baker in October of '23 and had an overall good experience. I had been looking for a Timberline for quite sometime and just couldn't find the right deal. I happened to stop in there one day on the way to Grand Haven and they told me they had one on order. After some negotiations, we reached a deal and my car would be arriving in about a month. The car came in just a little later than the time they said it would but, they did a great job of keeping me up to date. I signed for the car and picked it up late one night after work. I was raining and dark at that time. A few days later I parked next to a curb, step up on the curb and noticed a bunch of damage to the roof of the car, a couple of dents and lots of scratches. I called Austin the sales manager and we determined it came from the transport company. They came to get the car, brought me a loaner and fixed all the damage. When the car was repaired we all sat down to have discussions on how it could be made right. I have to say, in the end, Betten Baker did an outstanding job and made things right. Was I disappointed that it was missed before the car was delivered? Yes. Would I have signed for the car knowing the damage? No. However, I did sign for it and it is what it is. Betten Baker did everything I asked to make it right. I am very happy with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone. It has been almost a year now and they have also serviced the car since purchasing. We've had 3 oil changes that were easy to schedule, quick and convenient. We've been very happy with the Sales team, especially Austin, and feel we've had great service.
