Stori helped me through the process of getting my Charger back on the road due to a failing power steering pump (Massive back order), evap code & window button failure. I’m impatient myself especially when it comes to my Hellcat & Stori kept me updated the best she can whenever anything new came up even with things that’s out of there hands (Parts ETA , Cars in repair ahead of me) be very thorough when asking questions before or after you drop your vehicle off. Overall good experience and definitely thankful for Stori , Roman & the Perry Team helping me out. Will be returning for future repairs and when that window part finally arrives.
