Jonathan Young was absolutely amazing to deal with. Love my new Ionic 5. If you're in the market, please go and see him. Gary Lawicki was also super nice. Amazing service from this dealership. We had a better experience here than ANY of the 3 big German manufacturers. This is saying a lot as I usually only drive European cars. You guys are awesome, thank you.

I went into Northtown needing a car as mine had issues I wasn’t willing to spend money to fix. I had seen a few cars online that were at Northtown so decided to check there first. I never looked anywhere else. Northtown was very fair and easy to deal with. I knew what my budget was and was not willing to stray from that. They had a car that fit the bill for what I needed and negotiated with me to make it happen. I didn’t feel there was any pressure. I don’t usually like buying cars because it’s always a stressful back and forth. This experience was not like that. My only criticism, if any, was that when I picked up the car I didn’t like what I felt was high pressure to buy the warranty. I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation complete with power point presentation. I said I wasn’t interested so many times, I basically let him carry on and just looked at my phone. I know he was doing his job but when I say no, I mean no. I also felt like there was some misinformation. I asked about the balance of the 5 year 60000 mile warranty that came with the vehicle. The answer was he couldn’t really tell me what it included as it wasn’t written anywhere. Funny I later googled it and got all the information I needed plus some things that are still covered that he neglected to mention because he was trying to sell the warranty.

Sierra is great to work with! She’s a great listener and was very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. The rest of the staff was good to work with as well. No pushy sales stuff and a great atmosphere there as opposed to others I have been to.
