Jim Baier always comes through with a great car buying experience. I recently bought my second car there and the experience was great. Kip was a great salesman to work with, Monica had all the paperwork ready to go, Josh made the signing easy (even though that’s the hardest part lol), and everyone we talked to was friendly and wanted to assist us. I recommended them when I bough my car in 2015 and I’ll still recommend them in 2024.

I took my SUV somewhere else in Fort Madison with a humming sound and hot oil smell. Biggest mistake I made because SUV came back super loud noise and leaking oil. Insurance paid but the screw up on repair cost me $4000 to fix. Thank you Jim Baier Ford
