Tom Whiteside is a great place to do business with! The staff is friendly and super helpful and never pushy. I have had car repairs done in the past and have had great service at reasonable prices. I recently bought a new Chrysler Pacifica van from them. The sales department was very knowledgeable and willing to give me a good deal. The whole purchase was fast and easy! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!! CALLED IN THE MORNING AND THEY HELD IT FOR ME ALL DAY TILL I COULD GET THERE AFTER WORK. I was able to sit down with the new owner Jimmy and order my new Durango R/T, and was able to choose all the options I wanted for it. It was a great experience and exciting to be able to do that. He was very informative on the process and explained everything in great detail. I worked closely with the salesman Karl he was very pleasant through the experience also. I highly recommend Tom Whiteside just a small town dealership in Mt Sterling if you are wanting a new vehicle in certain colors with variety of options.
