Quickest, easiest car buying experience in my entire life. I spent less than 20 minutes in the dealership. Seems like I met everyone at the dealership in a very short time, they all just wanted to know if I was having a pleasant experience and offering any assistance. The GM, Ted Teague even came out to visit with me and make sure I was satisfied. I knew the vehicle I wanted going in, and Allen Samuels did everything they could to make sure I was not inconvenienced by any of the process. While I was working l, they even picked up my trade, appraised it, ran the financing and I did everything else from the comfort of my office. No stress, no haggling necessary. I had a number I wanted to pay, and they met it. Starr was my sales representative and she was true to her namesake, she was a STAR! I will ALWAYS use Allen Samuels for the purchase of all my vehicles going forward. Five Stars!!!

Ramon was amazing! Called him needing a vehicle and he told me they just got one that made him think of me. The truck is PERFECT and his customer service is through the roof. He blew my expectations out of the water. This has been the least stressful buying experience! THANK YOU RAMON!
