I'd like to give a shout out to Daniel and Duncan from the service department. Yesterday while taking off the tire to change out the brake pads/rotors, I twisted/stripped one of the lug nuts, that was on very, very tight. I thought no problem, I'll just do the other side then figure out how to get that lug nut off. I get to the other tire, and again, one of the lug nuts was on there so tight, it started to do the same thing, and was actually bending the tire tool that comes with the vehicle to remove the lug nuts. I had the tires rotated at another local shop a few months earlier and can only assume they put one nut on each tire so tight it could not be easily removed. Took it up to Peterson and met Daniel, who looked at my issues, then he got a service tech (Duncan) to take a look. Duncan went back to get his impact gun and the appropriate socket and within a minute had both lug nuts off for me. One was so twisted it could not be used again so they found a spare in the garage for me. Took all of 15 minutes total and I was very appreciative of their help removing these lug nuts. It was actually a bit embarrassing as I was planning on changing out the pads and rotors, but could not even get the lug nuts off the tires. I found the service dept to be very helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with as they could have charged me I'm sure but did not. I had never used them in the past for anything but after my experience yesterday, I will not hesitate to use them in the future. I do need a fuel pump replaced so I may be back sooner than you think. Thank you all again!!!!
