Buying a used car remotely is a first for me, but Clayton (sales), Kent (finance), and their team made the process smooth. Clayton did a video walkaround of the vehicle with me, then helped to secure my deposit and get the vehicle ready for me - all during a busy Christmas holiday season. He recommended a car transport company that was able to ship the car safely and quickly at a reasonable price. Given that I'm in Seattle, unless the stars align it's unlikely that I'll be doing more business here, but I would recommend them regardless of if you're local or remote!
We had a great experience at Reed Jeep! Our sales representatives YenNhi was very professional, listened to our needs and answered all of our questions. She made the process seamless and fun! We were in and out in a few hours. Ivan in finance was also very easy to work with, he explained everything in detail and helped us make the best decision.
Other dealers should take notes, this place was by far the best from selection to pricing of their vehicle's. We were greeted upon arrival by YenNhi our Sales associate who took excellent care of my wife's auto purchase. I would 100% recommend YenNhi if your looking to purchase a vehicle. She was very personable and made sure my pregnant wife had a stress free and easy buying experience.
