These guys are great! No hassle and they don't push over their vehicles to customers. They let customers evaluate and test drive their vehicle first and if only they are satisfied, then they proceed further. Reasonably priced and good used vehicles. They do good inspection and bring the vehicles to good condition before selling. I recently bought 2016 Honda odyssey from them and have been very satisfied with that. I worked with Kyle and Gasper from there to help me buy this vehicle, and was mighty impressed by how friendly and professional they are. I wish all the other dealerships are like you. Can only say that this dealership proved to be a COMPLETE CLASS ACT. Gaspar and GIO really went the extra mile on my sale of a '23 Ram Laramie. Super Professional, no hard sales pitch, very understanding of my specific needs. Very knowledgeable, quite impressive this operation. Very smooth and fairly quick transaction with everything I asked explained in clarity. Usually going to a dealer sucks, we all know this. Watsonville is a hidden gem for any Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram's you are looking for. Great pricing, clean facility, felt safe, felt respected, would definitely send anyone I know here. Make sure to ask for Gaspar and Gio. They are very professional, like people you will respect during and definitely after the sale. I had questions after the sale and every single one was followed up and followed through without fail. I totally recommend this dealership 110% and I'm a total car and truck guy, had 50+ in my time on earth. Give these guys a shot. You won't be disappointed! Their buyer buys cars and trucks with the right packages that are nice and make sense. Some dealers don't buy right and that's why features can be missing which you figure out later. Their buyer is "Johnny on the spot!" Ahh, that new car smell...! Smooth buying experience. Quite refreshing.

I have recently received an oil change and although it took longer than I was told …I will say I am pleased with the outcome. Staff needs to be actual on their service times so customers know what to expect. The “waiting” on-site versus staying within 5 minutes of garage should be treated the same. Everyone’s time is important and trusting the word of what we’re told and what really occurs is vital in building a reputation of timeliness. Much better to be upfront and say “this will take 4 hours” instead of leading with should be 1-1/2 - 2 hours Accuracy punctuality and honesty are all this customer is asking . Hoping this will actually get read and utilized. It’s the one major factor that works against a business is not being upfront with accurate information
