Always awesome experience. Totally trust them to do the right thing. Thank you. I work in healthcare and totally understand the neccessity of taking care of the patient in every which way. Regina has the same mind set. She is always busy busy whenever I have had a vehicle being serviced and I 100% plus trust her to do what is needed. She is a listener with a very caring/extremely knowledgable and has a big heart. I honestly dont mind spending the money for service because I know it will be done properly. Regina guiding the service and the maintenance technicians and the parts department have taken care of my vehicles like patients. :)

Had a water pump fail on my Ram. I called KW Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and spoke with Karen. Since my previous dealership experiences in Michigan have been so-so in terms of scheduling, I expected Karen to tell me it was gonna be a while before they could service my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could drop off the truck and they would look at it in the next day. I dropped off the truck and spoke to my service advisor Nick, who really went above and beyond to source the needed parts and keep me posted throughout the repair process. The repair was made quickly and I was back on the road within 48 hours. Thank You for your outstanding service!
