Had a great time working with JP. I really appreciate his understanding as we went to another dealership to look at another car we thought might fit better. Glad we were able to come back and finish of the deal with him and the team there. Could do without the hard sell on the extended warranty, but that's all part of the business. Would definitely deal with them again.

This was our second vehicle purchase from O'Daniel. We worked with Ed Reyes both times and he's amazing! He listens to your needs, gives advice where needed and isn't pushy. That kind of service is hard to find in the sales world. We will be repeat buyers from O'Daniel because of his efforts to work with us.

Car shopping can be a daunting task, and as an introverted millennial, I was less than excited to go to a dealership. In my experience, O’Daniel is like any other dealership with the amount of negotiation/back and forth with the “finance guy” and stereotypical language being used throughout the process. The difference to me, however, is that I didn’t feel strong-armed into making a purchase, and there was a good deal of flexibility afforded for me to thoroughly consider the vehicles I looked at. My salesperson was John McKinney, who was very chill throughout the time working with me, which put me at ease for someone in my context. Although I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle through them in the end, it was ultimately a good learning experience, and it positioned me to be better informed as a buyer.
