Let me first start by saying that I have been a member the Landmark Dodge family for at least 35 years. All of my vechicles (which are many :)), have been purchased from this dealership. I began purchasing from them when they were located on Tara Blvd where Ms. Betty would allow me to make the first pot of coffee on the mornings that I was there to get service. So needless to say I consider the Landmark Dodge company as a part of my family. I currently literally live around the corner from there current location, which makes them super convenient. They've always had a large inventory for me to choose from. They've always been pleasant to me and recognized me as a repeat and loyal customer whenever I was there. Over the years I've experienced many appointments for service of my vehicles. Im always the very first customer in line (between 5a-6a) and eager to have the service department employees to arrive and have one walk up to my window with a smile: and ask "what can we help you with"? I am very familiar with the current Service Manager, Mr. Eddie Rosa whom I have known and have always had the deepest respect for. Id met him over in the main sales area where he was always very nice to me when I'd come to trade in a vehicle. Now in his present position, he has added that pleasant attitude and professionalism ito the service department. He most makes it a point to come and say "hi" to me when he sees me there. If i dont see him i always tell the person helping me to tell him i said "hi". During my last service visit, he made sure that I was placed in the very more than capable hands of Service professional Ms. Kaitlyn. I have never been more impressed by a service professionsl. She immediately made me feel welcomed. She made sure I was always kept informed of what point my vehicle was in the service process. A text thread was formed between she and I. where she constantly kept in touch. When in her presence she addressed me by name and always does it cheerfullly. She compliments me on my demeanor and personality. I had an upcoming surgery scheduled and she displayed genuine compassion and concern for my well being and even checked in on me. I looked at her as a reflection of Eddie and Ii loved that! I could go on and on speaking about my Landmark Dodge family. Every employee there represents the utmost professionalism and a necessary part of this ""well oiled machine" that only gets better with time. I look forward to my next visit there to once again be treated like a valued customer and a family friend. Thank you for reading this and God Bless you all.
It was a BIG ASK! We had exactly five days to find my daughter a car before I had to leave the state. She knew exactly which pre-owned vehicle she wanted, and SouthATL CDJR had just the thing. I HATE buying cars. It's exhausting, and I always wonder what more I should have asked or done. So I called, and Greg Polkinghorne, the General Sales Manager, answered. I told him this was my daughter's first car purchasing experience, and I wanted it to be amazing. They did not disappoint! The sales staff was kind and helpful, and when I got called away to an urgent work meeting, the staff stayed late to ensure we were able to get her dream car that night. The next day, her little Venza was shiny, lovely, and had a big red bow! She got to ring the bell, and it was truly a fun experience. BUT— their help didn't stop there. After I left town, my daughter had some questions about the financing and warranty. Greg was so patient and helpful, walking her through all the new information and coaching her on how to read the legal jargon. The finance department was stellar, and we got a very nice price and great value. We will be sure to give more business to this team in the future. The vehicle I was originally coming to look at was sold. My drive was 4 hours away and not until 3 hours into my drive was I informed the vehicle sold. To make matters worse the original salesman dropped me for someone else. Luckily for your organization you have Aristotle. He was the salesperson who got stuck with me. Aristotle was FABULOUS. He was so kind and caring. So instead of the used vehicle I was coming for I bought a brand new vehicle. If it wasn’t for Aristotle I would have left buying nothing and with a bad taste in my mouth. There is not enough words to say how FANTASTIC Aristole is.
