To ensure quality service always ask for my VIN and walks me through the steps to get the proper parts. If I have issues I always go back to talk to them and they help me resolve the issues and get me the proper parts. If they say they will call me, they ALWAYS call. i took my car to the service to the service department for repairs, i was helped by Service advisor Armando and he was EXCELLENT!!! he explained in simple words the repairs needed and contacted my extended warranty to get my repairs covered. I recommend him completely. I will return to him for all my service needs.
