My representative was Matt. I am in the healthcare field and that’s exactly the way I was being treated as though they had to make me well before releasing me. My car was stolen and damaged pretty bad and they had my car in better condition than it was before it was stolen. I couldn’t use my insurance and Matt knew this. He made it clear to me of what should be my primary concerns and it was affordable. He also put me contact with a company to help with the bill , if I needed it . Did I mention that my car was ready within a week. The service team even stayed after hours so I can get my car. Really on a Friday. I purchased this car from Ed Morse in Duncanville in 2021 and I was treated like I was Ed’s wife. It was my honor to write this review because the power at be, and consumers need know , Ed Morse team is a blue print for building lifelong satisfying customers.

I recently moved back to the area and had a number of service items that needed to be addressed including new tires. On Friday, they didn't have the tires I wanted in stock, but ordered them and were ready to go Monday morning. Omar did a great job of keeping me updated on the car's status. I appreciate they could give me a ride home and back once the car was ready. I'll definitely return.
