After Christmas, we were traveling to Florida and broke down outside of Bowling Green. We were towed to your dealership along with our 167-pound Great Dane Mannie.
We called and spoke to Jessica to inform her we were on our way and that we had a large dog in tow. She ensured us that they were pet friendly and to come on.
We arrived a couple of hours later to open arms and the whole crew coming to take a look at Mannie. We were only 3 hours into a long drive and were anxious to get back on the road. Jessica was very professional and tried her best to love on Mannie, but she was not in the mood. We were there for 7 hours, and everyone was so friendly and tried their best to get love from Mannie. Jessica offered us her car to go get food, and that was so sweet. We moved into the waiting area with dog, food bowls, and all. We were grateful to be safely back on the road and headed to Florida. We want to thank everyone and especially Jessica for her kindness to us and our fur baby. It made a very stressful alot less stressful.

We were traveling from Wisconsin, to FLA and our A/C went out. We stopped at Martin Dodge and they said they would take a look. They determined that we needed a new A/C compressor, but did not have an OEM in stock which was required under our warranty. Jessica the Service manager was aware of our travel plans that we were visiting family in FLA. She made a call to a Dodge dealership at our destination, made us an appointment, gave them the part numbers, and we were on our way. Thank you again Jessica! You went above and beyond to help us out! Best customer service ever! Keith
