I went to Larchmont Jeep because I was disappointed at another local dealer (no one acknowledged me). Within 2 minutes of walking in I was greeted by Lou. The original Jeep I chose (a 2022 Rubicon 4xe that was on the floor) had a technical problem. After much hair pulling, Theon the Sales Manager suggested a black 2024 High Altitude 4xe. These guys were great at holding my hand thru an initially bad situation. I absolutely love the High Altitude 4xe that I got and I have Theon & Lou to thank for it.
