I wanted to share my review of the body shop at East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep. My 2019 Jeep Wrangler had the corrosion issue on the hinges that seems to be an issue with many of these models. I contacted the dealer I purchased it from and they did not have a body shop. I then contacted the dealer an hour and a half away and was told they were booked out for months and were not even willing to schedule me. I contacted East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep and explained that I only had 10 days left on my warranty. They said drive on over and they would take some pictures. When I got there the Bodyshop manager said if I left it they would see if it would be possible. Before I even left the parking lot he said he has put in an order for the parts and would keep me posted. I must admit, I didn’t hold my breath after seeing all the issues people had online with other dealers. Needless to say they replaced all the hinges, repainted most of the Jeep and it looks brand new! They even took time to wash and detail it. I really can’t say thank you enough to the staff at East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Greenville, NC. Their body shop is top notch.
