I purchased a new Gladiator here and the experience was pain free. No games played by the sales staff nor the finance guy. No ridiculous dealer add-ons. Much of the deal was squared away before I even set foot in the dealership. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff.
