We bought our first truck here. Derry Smith was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about everything & great about communicating it with us. I bought a beautiful truck from Shepherds a year and a half ago and it was scheduled for maintenance. While I was waiting, I spoke with Eric Hansen (the GM) and Brice Hansen (my salesman and now a good friend). They are what makes Shepherds a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. Their kindness and attention to detail will make your visit (and subsequent purchase) something to remember. It is my guess that once you are a customer at Shepherds you will be a customer for life. I'm very happy with Shepherds! I was able to make an appointment the part came in within a week, and it was repaired within that week. Andrew has been extremely helpful and I appreciate him very much. Also the ladies and Ron are always available to make sure I'm comfortable. I feel like part of the family.
