Easy-Breezy! Professionalism began with kindness at reception, where she helped me connect with the acquisitions team directly - When Donnie left his meeting to meet me, I didn’t have an appointment and was taken care of in minutes. Highly recommend the new Knight team at Elk Grove Dodge, for providing a top value price for my car, with no pressure to trade or buy that day. I left knowing my car was in good hands at a great value and I’ll definitely be back to shop for my new Jeep without needing to trade in a car. Donnie, Will and the entire team made the entire sale an easy 25 minute process!

Just bought my second vehicle here. It is a car dealership, so can't get too excited about it, but they do have really good deals on year-old models. Tony my salesman and Stephen in finance were both on top of it. I almost drove a 4x2 on my test drive until Tony figured out that I probably thought it was a 4x4 and then caught a registration mix up. So $6,000 later, we got the truck in 4wd. Took a few hours to get out of there, but I don't think it is possible to do it in under. My complaint is the receptionist who failed to give my message to Zac, the sales kid who tried to scare me into thinking they sold the vehicle (the wrong vehicle) while waiting for me. (since the message he didn't receive, said I was running late). But he's just learning to manipulate customers, and had me for a second until I caught on. But Stephen, he's a pro! Fun guy though. But in misreading my contract this morning, I thought I was overcharged. (They tax you before the rebate, so I thought I never got it) I called, and man, you could feel the indifference in that big boned receptionist's voice. (wouldn't give me her name, so there you go) I think she gets kick back's from Ford, because she was no better than gasoline on my fire. I don't even feel bad for yelling at her!! Overall, not a bad experience.

Junior in parts was helpful, was debating on what side steps, floor mats and also asked him what he recommends as far as wheels and sound system to get and well he gave me his opinion and decided to go with some of his recommendations. Step kit he showed me look very nice on my truck. He recommended all weather floor mats and 10/10 I’m very satisfied with his opinion.
