I bought a porch Panamera 4s last Thursday sales person Samathan is the best I been dealing with her for years she’s the best there I bought over 4/5 cars from her and I always send customers there honnestly of speaking she’s amazing and great?? unfortunately is one stupid Spanish manager that’s a hater and let that manager position get to his head I had to drop off 500$ deposit which I was today the day I bought the car I stopped at the gas station and had a flat I called Sam and immediately told me to come in the next day since it was already late and service was closed and also had another small issue with the car and she told me to come in today when I arrived at the dealer sezzaa the Spanish manager approached me in a very disrespectful way i immediately told him I dnt want to speak to him and I walked away he followed me inside and made a stupid comment while turned his back “that’s why I don’t like dealing with stupid customers” I felt so disrespected that he embarrassed me infront of other customers I suffer from axiety and other health issues I didn’t tolerate his behavior I approached him and he wanted to fight me infront of other customers I looked at him like who can hire someone like this that looks ppl down I had pervious issues with him before after purchasing a 35k car last year the car came with a broken windshield and he made it his business telling me his car didn’t have no broke windshield I had a picture with me in the car at the dealer before signing any paper work the windshield was broke he felt stupid never said a word to me i guess he has something personally towards maybe a lot customers today even one of the coworkers stepped outside and told one of his head managers sezza started the argument and wanted to really fight me oh you have to pay my 500$ if not am not fixing the flat or other issue very unprofessional anybody reading this please don’t ever deal with this guy he really sucks and honnestly he shouldn’t be no manager I also mentioned to the main top managers not to bother Sam she made the sale for the car this is now between me and the company Sam has build this company a lot of clients and honestly of speaking I will never buy no car from this place if this manager still works there YES I MENTIONED TO FEW WORKERS I WONT LET THIS GO because he walked outside grilling me speak to the top manager like he wanted to do something to me DONT BUY NO CAR FROM HERE IF HE STILL WORKS THERE!! Top manager said his going to takecare of him Do what’s right you have way more better sales ppl than this clown!! Demote sezaaa make SAM UR MAIN MANAGER

I’m so thankful I found Axis! After having a bad experience with another local dealer, I came here and was very taken care of. I worked with Samantha and she was very kind and friendly, answered all my questions so well, and made sure I was taken care of. She heard out my concerns, offered solutions, and I couldn’t have found such a beautiful car without her!! Highly highly recommend!
