Experience was pleasant and efficient. Stopped by on way to airport to see a vehicle that was advertised. We had called ahead to let the dealer know we were short on time. The salesman, Anthony, had the car waiting and ready for a test drive. After a little back and forth we agreed on the transaction. They papered it all up and emailed me the docs to sign while I was away on travel for a few days. Upon my return we picked up the car detailed and ready to go. Good overall experience. I would certainly consider Rythm Dodge/Ram for future purchases.

I had a wonderful experience working with Ritchie (sales) and Nicole (Finance Mgr) throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle. I live in GA so I had concerns about the distance with this dealership being just outside of Nashville but I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly the transaction was. We didn't spend very much time at the dealership at all because the vehicle and paperwork was prepared prior to our arrival. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle and want to work with people who are attentive and responsive even after the purchase is final don't hesitate to give them a call. After 16 yrs with my GMC Yukon XL, I'm very pleased with my Jeep Cherokee L Summit Reserve! She's a beauty!!
