I contacted the dealer and got a reply back by Austin Shepherd, he sent me a quote via email, and we worked a deal. I was in the middle of a business trip and went straight into an Overland trip so it all was handled email then text. He was polite and a man of his word. Didn't string me along like most the other dealers in the state I was trying to work a deal with. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone. Corey Ellis handled my financial side of the deal and again it was the best buying experience I have ever had. Awesome experience! Was shopping for trucks for weeks and reached out to multiple dealerships. York got my business because of Austin in sales. He was very responsive, provided me with everything I asked. Kept me updated through the process and went out of his was to make sure the truck I wanted was ready when I needed it. Corey the finance manager made the signing process quick and painless. Explained every line on the contract. Gave me all options for warranties but didn’t try and force anything on me. When I buy my next vehicle I will gladly make the 3 hour drive to purchase from them again. Also thank you to the technician who stayed late making sure my truck was ready and reliable.
