Initial contact was with Brian and we were quickly able to come to terms in a straight forward manner. Brian then got Robert involved and the process was again smooth and efficient. Robert was patient as my work was demanding the day we were trying to iron out the paperwork in advance of my arrival the following day. I am located 220 miles away so it was important to me to have everything ready to go so I could arrive, sign the paperwork, load up our vehicle and head back home. Robert even had the windshield replaced after noticing a crack the day prior when checking to see that everything was set for the next morning. A great experience from start to finish!
