Honestly, it was the best car buying experience we’ve had. We used cargurus to help us find what we were looking for and it led us to Heritage in Parkville. Jeff, our salesman, made us feel extremely comfortable, was not pushy or act like the stereotypical “Used Car Salesman.” He took care of our every question or concern and made us a truly “INCREDIBLE” deal on a truck we have been looking for, for a very long time. He stayed late even though he had a family birthday party to attend. The finance manager was extremely friendly and efficient. They even asked me to bring the truck back the very next day so that their detailer could get rid of all the scratches. We had a 5 Star experience in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
