I couldn’t have asked for a better truck buying experience. Samuel Hall was my salesman, and I was more than pleased with his willingness to help me with my purchase. Although I already knew the truck I wanted, Samuel made it his mission to make sure I got everything I asked for, and answer any questions I had (I had a lot of them). This is my third car purchase, and it was the best experience. I didn’t have to wait 3-4 hours at the dealership since I did most of the paperwork preparation prior to arrival. I got the pleasure of working with James in finance to finalize numbers and get me on my way. James was very clear and helpful with making sure I was out the door quick without any open questions. I actually felt like I got more truck than I paid for, which is unheard of. A HUGE kudos to these gentleman and everyone else behind the scenes to make this truck purchase so smooth. If I’m ever looking for another Ram or Jeep, I’ll definitely be calling Dodge City of McKinney first, no questions asked!

Wanted to shout out the team here for a great experience! Sam was awesome from the time I called for info, until the time we drove off in our new ride. He gave us the best overall buying experience by far. Never had to pass us around to a sales manager or any of that noise. Didn’t try to haggle us. We got a great deal and had no hassle. James in finance also awesome and very pleasurable! Even when our toddler was being a bit wild.

Had a great purchasing experience with Roberto. No pressure, nobody following me around the lot trying to push the sale of one product or another, just a salesman that was willing to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I knew what I wanted and he located it in the lot quickly. Very happy with my purchase and the experience!
