This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, hands down. The dealership was straight up in every respect. They asked a very fair price for the car I wanted, added a military discount, and gave me a fair trade. There was no “hard sell” at any point- just straight up fair dealing. Renae in sales is conscientious and competent, patiently guiding the whole process from first visit to inventory arrival and sale. I will be a continuing customer for service and my next purchase. Overall love Happy and the service they provide! Friendly on-site staff, got oil change and tires rotated in a timely manner, answered my questions and they made sure I was satisfied. I only gave 4 stars out of 5 because of the phone and online service. People are answering in Chicago and have no idea about my existing oil change package or even if the express lane was open in Rochester. I was given the “main number” and then called “service number” listed on web. I was transferred SEVERAL times and then got an answering machine. I tried to schedule online over 2 weeks ago and emails and no one got back to me, since the phone was so chaotic. Long story short, still great service that I had received from previous company that they purchased, but Happy needs to work on their phone, email and web communications in scheduling in this busy world.

Repair work was done in the time frame that was promised to me. I found the staff to be courteous and friendly and able to assist me and arranging to be picked up by the rental car company. Best of all though, when I picked up my car after the work was done, I could not believe the amazing job they did of detailing it. It was spotless inside and out.
