2027 Chrysler Pacifica Select

Good bunch of folks at elder. Have had a good experience there. 5-18-24 Once again had another great experience down at ELDER. The sales team was on point. 2 great sales associates help make this an easy purchase. Finance was on point and easy to deal with. Vehicle delivery was as promised cleaned up and topped off with gas. The Service Department really deserves 5 stars! We bought a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler and took it to them to look over it and fix a few things. One of the things was what Jeep people refer to as the "death wobble". When you hit a bump the steering wheel starts wobbling back & forth and feels like it's literally about to fall apart. The problem turned out to be the steering damper, which the service tech (I think he was the shop manager) spotted the problem while we were looking it over with him. They found and secured the part from another dealership, and got and everything else completed for us within just a couple of days and for less than the estimate! AND these people really made us believe they aren't there just for a job, but because they love what they do! Super job, Elder!

I can't say enough about how great this place is! I had a small issue with my Jeep, and Chance and Alex, who work in the service department, helped me out right away when I pulled in. They really saved my weekend and even though I live about 2 hours away, I will most likely take my vehicle back there as I have never had such good service. Thanks again!!!
