I went to this location a few days ago after leaving the Chevrolet dealership trying to receive a vehicle which I was let down. My girlfriend convinced me to try and get a Dodge which I wasn’t confident in due to thinking that I couldn’t afford it. I met Jacob Rye is an inspiration for me who convinced me to get a Dodge Challenger that I am currently in love with! I am appreciative of his hard work ethic and I am thankful for the great work that he put in at his company and I appreciate that he believed in me. My girlfriend and many others love this vehicle so much. I highly recommend any and everyone to do business with him as much as possible because he is very great! I told my friends and family in my hometown of Buffalo ,NY about him as well as people in Savannah GA where I am currently living in. I had a great experience here. The staff was super friendly and gave me the best price around. Tyler Rampersant in sales was a pleasure to work with, as was his manager Jamar, and Alan in F&I was a great dude. Solid team here at Rick Hendrick CDJR! I'll be back for sure.

Just purchased a Grand Cherokee from this dealership. I live in Myrtle beach but the prices were pretty high so I went looking in Charleston. This was the second dealership I went to. The car had just been traded in so it wasn’t even out for customers to see, but it was on the website. A salesman, Isaiah White, approached me and asked if I need any help so I asked him if they had the car and showed him the car on the website. He found it in the back and drove it up for me to see. There was a small dent in the side of the car and the middle console was broken. He explained that they haven’t gotten the chance to detail or fix the car, since they had just gotten it. I wasn’t too sure about it but went inside to negotiate anyways. I was able to negotiate 5,000$ below the original price they brought out. But still wasn’t sure. I left and after some time thinking I went back and bought the car. Since it was still broken they said they would fix everything up and deliver it with no extra fee. The car looked amazing when it arrived and they even completely filled up the tank minutes before but one of the fog lights was out and the screen had delaminated. They said it would be covered under the warranty so I went to a jeep dealership in Myrtle beach and to fix it was about 160$ out of pocket. I called this dealership and they are sending me a check to get it all fixed. Overall, all the staff was understanding and did everything they could. More specifically Isaiah White was not pushy and anything I had asked for he had done with a smile on his face. He drove the car to my house himself. When he got here he gave me a tour of all the features in the car. He has such a welcoming and personable personality. If you go to this dealership ask for specifically for Isaiah White. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have wanted to go back. He made my experience with this dealership FABULOUS.
