Eddy Masaya and the Manager Andrew and Roger were the best! They went above and beyond to help me out. They were so kind and informative. Their level of communication was top notch. Central Ave is a dealership that truly cares about their customers. I am forever grateful. When they say they’ll do their best, they really mean it. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The process was quick. It wasn’t like other dealerships that have you in there for hours. Definitely speedy process. Everyone was very professional. Such a well maintained dealership with nice clean bathrooms as well. They also gave a voucher for gas! If I could give Central Ave dealership more than five stars, i absolutely would. It’s always an optimal experience at the Central Ave Jeep Dealership. About two weeks ago, I found myself being a victim of the heinous crime—— tire theft. All four tires of my were stolen and I knew exactly where I wanted to take it to be serviced efficiently. Marco was my service advisor and he briefed me on the proper protocol following something like this. He maintained great communication & professionalism through the duration of this process. I drove in for my first service not knowing I had to make an appointment. I was met by service advisor Marco Varrenti who informed me that a customer had reschedule and there was an opening, lucky me. Mr Varrenti was very professional and advised the importance of maintenance scheduling so that I could enjoy my Durango for a very long time. I also met with Service advisor Alex Veras in the waiting area and he explained that he loves working at Dodge because of the commitment they have for their customers and employees. The entire staff are very welcoming and positive. Definitely going back to Central Avenue Dodge for future services because of the positive experience I encountered. They deserve a raise.
