This service team went above and beyond for me . I didn’t even buy my jeep from there and they were very understanding . I took my jeep to an another specialist in town and it was a nightmare. I brought my 2012 jeep Rubicon manual to Nemer service and they were exceptional. Brad the tech was super knowledgeable. Other dealership said my jeep wouldn’t start and they got it running within minutes. I highly recommended, Brad , Big Bill, and Tommy from sales for anything . We came in without an appointment and were greeted by Tommy. He was fast, friendly and showed us different choices. He got us a great deal on the Jeep we wanted and we got in and out so quickly! We didn’t feel pressured or pushed at all- just a great, fun experience!
Bottom Line: Dave Grinko, the new Service Manager at Nemer Jeep Chrysler is making a huge positive difference. Based on historical reviews, I was reluctant to even use the location to have maintenance done and explore some bubbled paint. Dave worked hard with us to adroitly turn a negative situation into a very positive one. The shop now seems well organized, flows well and the repairs were done promptly with updated status during the visit. If you've been hesitant based on other historical reviews, try them out now.
