shannon and Mel were absolutely amazing!!! They were really tentative to our needs and wants for a new car. Everyone at Monken was amazing and they even have the owners come and greet you and congratulated us on our new car and here is the kicker they even gave us their (owners) cell number and said call if we needed anything! amazing service.

They were soo helpful! The services were all at a good and understanding pace. Shannon was very understanding in how this was my first time doing this so she made sure I was on the same page at all times. She also worked with me and was very patient with me. Mel was also super sweet and very helpful and welcoming and worked with me. Overall a very welcoming experience & very informative!

Shannon and Rebeccah were amazing and the whole process was so simple and pleasant…I will he back again! It was nice to be treated so well. Thanks.
