2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select

Purchased a used vehicle here at Poage. I drove down from Ankeny Iowa to see it and test it out. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and laid back, no pressure whatsoever which is nice especially at a car dealership. Tyson the finance manager was out for the day when I arrived which kinda sucked but they paid for a hotel in downtown Hannibal for me to stay at while I waiting for Tyson to come back the next day. I’d say the customer service was well above over and beyond. Thank you Alex for working with me!! Highly recommend buying a car here whether you’re a local or outsider like me.

Our dealer, Aileen Grote, was very knowledgeable. She answered every question with great patience. We really like her. She even went through the whole Jeep, with help from a young man she was training. All in all a very pleasant experience. (We are the fourth generation to do business with Poage, so that should tell you something.)
