I don't even know where to start. I needed something pretty quickly because my previous car died. I connected with Army vet and former Bell UH-1 "Huey" gunship crew chief John Barnett, and he's the reason I'm driving my dream car. I knew right away John was my guy because had the same approach to car shopping: when you see one you like, that's the one to beat. Whatever you look at next has to be better than this one or cross it off the list. Simple and effective. Anyway, I came there to look at Grand Cherokees and he showed me two perfect ones, I just needed to pick a color. Then he shows me this black and gold Wrangler that was straight out of my Smokey and the Bandit dreams as a kid. As soon as I saw it, I told him to write it up. I didn't even drive it, and it's used. Twice. They ran the numbers and I almost passed out when he came back with the down payment and monthly. It was unaffordable by a big margin. But eagle-eyed John noticed a coding thing that made the list price be a lot higher than it should have been. He had finance run it again and it if came back exactly where I needed it to be. If it wasn't for him, I probably would have just left (in an Uber). Anyway, after that got sorted, he showed me all sorts of websites for customized parts, told me about the community and some cool events, and showed me around the shop. He really went above and beyond, and he wasn't even selling anything. The deal was already done. At the end of the transaction, we shook on it and he said the best thing you can ever hear from your car guy: "this isn't the end of the transaction, it's just the beginning. I'm your guy from here on out." He took these pictures for me on my phone and we shook one more time. What I didn't tell John was today was the 4th anniversary of my mom's passing after a gnarly fight with Alzheimer's. I'm also about to graduate college summa cum laude next month after starting 30 years ago. John Barnett, hats off to you, sir.

Easiest, low pressure buying experience we’ve ever had!! I was recently in a wreck in which I totaled my 99 wrangler. I started shopping online. I pass this dealership regularly and know they have a huge selection. We contacted them on a Tuesday, Leonel was the one who answered. I’m so thankful to have him as a sales person. Still being beat up from my wreck he didn’t make a deal of it, instead made me feel very comfortable, also sharing his life experience as a jockey and injuries was very comforting honestly. So kind and courteous. He was able to get my jeep delivered for me too. Above and beyond ???? explained all the gadgets my new jeep has. Signed me up with the app, paired my phone, alllll the things. I highly recommend this dealership, especially Leonel as a salesman. We did a pre approval before we went in the next day. We were in and out in 2 hours. Like I said, best low pressure buying experience ever ????

Gosh! If I could give this team 10 stars I would! I cant adequately express how grateful I am for this service department. My dog Luna and I were driving from Indiana to Massachusetts and my Jeep Commander broke down in Ohio with 11 hours remaining in my journey. I was towed to the nearest Jeep service center which ended up being this amazing group of people. I of course didnt have an appointment but they immediately made me feel welcome and like a VIP customer. Even though they had a full schedule. I can not express how taken care of I felt..after Barry diagnosed the issue he ended up having someone drive 2 hours to pick up the needed part so that Luna and I wouldnt have to delay our trip overnight. They all updated me with status reports throughout the day. Bought me lunch. Brought Luna lunch. And just made both of us feel very special. This potential disaster ended up being a great experience due to the professionalism of their management and service team..I want to especially thank Barry. I know that he was instrumental in getting my car fixed so quickly. And Joe and Jeff and Annie for being so amazing. They really went above and beyond to get me on the road and even cleaned and safety checked my vehicle! I also got a call from Jeff the next day to make sure that everything was ok and I was safe. I wish I lived in Ohio as this would be my goto for all of my vehicle service and any new car purchase. I know this has been a long review but I feel very good about my experience. They are truly good, honest and caring people. Every one of the many associates that I interacted with that day. I left feeling like family. Luna and I thank you sooo much from Massachusetts!
