Josh in the service department provided exceptional service from the start. He accommodated me the following morning at 9 a.m. and diagnosed the problem by 11 a.m. He efficiently handled the warranty company and kept me updated on the status of my repair until the radio arrived at the facility. I highly rate his customer service and communication skills.

I’m back by popular demand… bear with me, as this experience was most definitely an unexpected one. I recently had to travel out of town when my vehicle broke down on the highway. I do have kids, so this was extremely scary for all of us. This Chrysler dealership was the recommended one from the tow truck driver, which was very hard to get, as it was Sunday. I promptly attended to my vehicle on Monday morning and was greeted by Joshua (his card is in the photos, make sure you go view it!) He works in the service department and let me tell you, not knowing what to expect, he was exceptionally astounding. Not only was he helping and assist major issues in vehicles such as my alternator needing replaced, to oil changes and tire alignments. This establishment really went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of while we waited on our vehicle. Shuttles are available if you need to get around in town or grab food. The waiting areas are enjoyable and clean. There was not one person that I came into contact with that wasn’t pleasant and helpful as I had to walk my toddler around often to show her the car and keep her entertained. Even their selection of vehicles and sales assistance was up to my standards. Drew Barrer, was amazing when it came to explaining to me how the process would work and what type of options I would have. Y’all need to get down to this location if you are needing a new vehicle, trade in or some type of service. You won’t be disappointed!

A year back when they didn’t have exactly what I wanted, I was ready to walk, they dig deep and found the exact truck I wanted, wish I remembered the salesman... Since then they’ve serviced it and done an awesome job!
